When will my order arrive?Due to the handmade process we don’t always have everything in-stock. In stock items typically ship in 2-3 days. All other items ship in 3-4 weeks. All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Rush delivery is available, please send an email to hello@joannalot.com to discuss your needs.
How can I return an item?You may return your purchase for a refund within 10 days. First, send an email to hello@joannalot.com and reference your order number. Mail the item in a padded envelope to Joanna Alot 440 Prestwick Lane Wheeling, IL 60090. Once we confirm the condition of the item we’ll refund the amount less shipping and handling. The returns are typically processed within two to three weeks.
